Delicious

A few nights ago I went to a cooking class hosted and taught by the talented Stephanie of stephmodo. It was a lovely evening in the company of creative and interesting people, and excellent food.

The menu:

Pork Souvlaki Kebabs with Mushrooms, Lemon & Oregano
Greek Salad with Bulgarian Feta
Warm Pita Crisps
Summer Fruit
Bittersweet Molten Lava Cakes with Ice Cream

I must add that Bulgarian Feta is like no other feta I've had -- creamy, with a full rich flavor. Pellegrino was a delightful surprise. Light and refreshing (quite unlike Perrier). Fresh pineapple and mango are a perfect combination of fruit. And warm pita crisps dipped in hummus make an excellent appetizer or side dish.

Wow, this looks seriously impressive. Did you go with someone you know or did you brave it alone?
