Suzanna, Mom, Jessie, Jessica, Kristin, MeMy mom took her daughters and daughters-in-law out for a mother's day lunch today. It was very enjoyable. We had some great food, a very relaxing time, and it was something we've never done before...something we should do again!

It was so much fun to just visit and enjoy good food! It was way too short. We needed to go shopping or something too. It was kind of funny after connecting with you so much electronically to chat in person! My e-buddy is very cool in the flesh too.

how fun and what a great tradition to start....it is always hard to become part of a new family, but when they share and invite you to do so, it is even more wonderful.
I think this is a great idea. You were probably able to actually have a conversation without being interrupted and eat your meal while it was hot.
