I only saw the second half of last night's show, but it was so impressive! They all did great. David Archuleta was really bold to do that rendition of "Think of Me" (I loved it) and David Cook could almost be the next Phantom on Broadway!
As for the weather: It's fickle, as expected at this time of year. Here are my observations:
Snow is not welcome in April.
Rain is beautiful.
Overcast days that just remain grey (or white) are unpleasant.
Windy days feel downright mean.
Sunny days are most welcome and energizing.
What's your take on Spring weather?
Which American Idol contestent do you like best?

I'm hooked on American Idol too! first time for me as well. I liked all the songs and I think David A, Syisha and David C are going to stay till the end. I'm not a fan of David C but man can he sing. As long as I don't have to look at him he's great! (he's kinda creepy if you ask me!)
I feel like the only person in the US who doesn't watch...
But I do agree about grey days. We have a lot of those here and I find them completely unsettling. Sunshine is like caffeine to me!
I've always watched American Idol. Love it, hope David Archuletta(?) wins. It was so fun to have Chris, Greg, Mom and Dad and Laur come to Maryann's grad. it meant so much to her.
I'm hooked on American Idol and have been for the past couple of years as well (I resisted those first few years). I really like Jason, David C., Brooke and David A. and I liked Carly too so I was sad to see her go. I think they're all in good shape since they made it this far so whatever happens is fine with me.
This spring has been brutal so far, I really feel so up and down with the weather and I'm sick of it.
Sorry Laurie, I'm a Moonlight fan so I haven't even touched the TV on Idol nights. I've heard that Davey A. is a cutie. So yeah, wind is not my friend, and I really almost thought that H E double hockey sticks was going to freeze over, snow has become extremely unwelcome. The only nice day we had last week was a bust because they canceled the soccer game!
ok, perfect wording on the wind! I cant stand the wind! And we live on windy mountain...so annoying!
I love the two Davids as well:) Go Artuleta! (im hooked too.)
I keep missing Idol, but it seems the moments I do miss seem like they have some really talented people on. As for weather - it's been in the 70's here in Montreal, when three weeks ago we were covered in snow. We went from winter to summer, but unthankfully - we are back to 50 degrees and rain - your common Montreal spring weather! Take care!
