Whoa, it turns out those cereal straws aren't so bad after all. I was just having a look at one of the raisin boxes -- a little 1.5 oz. size -- and noticed that one serving has 30 grams of sugar!! So I compared the cereal straws: 3 straws = one serving = 12 grams of sugar. Ha.

I know! Ever since I learned about the glycemic index I have had to re-think my healthy snacks!
If you eat the raisins with peanuts it lowers the sugar impact on your body. It also adds a bunch of fat...but thats another story.
Don't you hate commercials??
I don't know what a cereal straw is, and raisins are really gross.
That's highly disturbing.
