There's still at least a month of official summer left, but with school starting next week it feels like it's winding down quickly.
We haven't gone boating as much this summer as much as usual. We didn't even take the boat out until the first week of July.
Today we snuck in a mid-week lake escape and it was a perfect day for it. The water was absolute glass.
Jordan brought Connor, Ryan and Alec.
Jemma wake boarded, slalomed and surfed.
Chris always tears it up on the ski. It's amazing.
I was trying to resist slaloming, because I'm still not comfortable with it in any way. I'm glad I did it though. One never progresses without practice. It's hard, and it scares me, but it's also a rush. Wakeboarding is more my speed.
