I want it to snow, but I don't want there to be any snow on the road. How can I make that work?

really? I had shorts on yesterday it was in the 80's. Today is slightly cooler in the high 70's, cloudy and misty.
Just look at how the snow is weighing down those trees because they still have their leaves!
