Change of Heart?

I recently commented on someone's blog that an ideal day for me would be one that I could skip the workout. I may have to take that back.

Yesterday I skipped my workout. Then I went to work in the afternoon where we had some of this:

Combine that with sitting at a computer for 6 hours and...ugh.

It was motivation enough to hop up at 5:30 this morning and go to a step interval class which was hard and made me sweat, but felt GREAT!!

It is amazing how sitting and eating can take away your energy and make you feel sluggish and for me Ornery. I haven't been to a step class in a long time. They are a great workout and fun.

It's the getting up early part that makes exercising hard for me too, but I'm motivated by the way it makes me feel both mentally and physically.

That cake looks great though.
